DEBT MANAGEMENT FIRM SEEKS TO EDUCATE AND PREPARE YOUTH

Colton - Trinity Debt Management Services (TDMS) Founders, Carlton & Kerry Dasher birthed Trinity’s Learning Resource Center, a non-profit, youth mentoring organization located at 190 W. “H” Street, Suite 202 & 203, Colton, CA, where they are preparing youth (7 – 21 years) to be equipped with the basic life skills, life planning preparation, and financial management skills needful for successful, responsible, independent living. They believe it is vital to teach and impart basic life skills, life planning preparation and financial management skills to our children early and to continue the principles to guarantee our children’s success.

As a Debt Management Consulting Firm, TDMS meet families every day who, because of the lack of knowledge and understanding regarding basic life skills (social and otherwise), financial (money management: income, debt and credit), and life planning and preparation (goal setting and time management) are not prepared to meet and overcome life’s demands. For this reason, TDMS through TLRC has organized “no cost” youth mentoring programs, “Basic Life Skills, Life Planning Preparation, and Financial Management” and Employment and Entrepreneurial Training” Programs for youth & young adults, providing these necessary skills and connecting them with potential employers in the surrounding communities.  In addition, TLRC is providing a step-by-step program on how to start and maintain their own successful businesses.

TLRC is providing evening program classes which imparts and provides direction, promotes learning, develops social skills, attitudes, and habits that lead to success in school, families, employment and in our communities, thus developing good citizens and leaders, and combating and reducing juvenile delinquency and community deterioration.  In addition, they also offer “no-cost” Workshops and Seminars “Guarantee Your Child’s Success” for program participant’s parents and guardians, equipping and empowering parents to guarantee their success.

As parents, they understand the demands placed upon the family economically, relationally, as well as time constraints, and the importance that our children are prepared for success; not just academically, but socially and financially, so they are not resorting to unethical, immoral ways to make ends meet and just barely getting by in life.  TLRC believes it is vital to teach & impart basic life skills, life planning & preparation and financial responsibility [management skills] to our children early, and to continue teaching these principles to guarantee our children's success. Enrollment for 2005-2006 ends October 14th.
