How long does the process take?
No company can legally quote any time limits, as this cannot be predicted. The law prohibits anyone from providing time frames, and due to the severity of each individual case, the turnaround time periods are always different. Our programs are conducted in phases. Trinity Debt Management Services does not manipulate a computer system, hacking credit information to be removed. We challenge the technicality of each account requiring attention. The progress of your case will depend on your participation (following the instructions provided, sending updated credit reports received by the bureaus in a timely manner, etc.), the nature of your case, and the level of credit bureau cooperation. The Debt Management portion of our program normally takes approximately 30 days, providing client follows all instructions. The Debt Elimination portion of the program, if applicable, varies for each client. You can opt to be debt free in 36 months or less.

How much do your creditors have a legal right to collect from you?
If you're unsure, well there's your answer. We are not sure what you owe, what debts and credit issues you have; if you have collections, charge-off, judgments, repossessions and therefore are not able to provide you a quote until after we have completed our investigation and interview (our Pre-Consultation Phase) which enables us to determine what program or programs best suits your needs for resolution. Several areas that we look at: Who is collecting from you? What debts are authentic? Are you a victim of identity fraud? What accounts were actually paid? Are you on chexsystems? Are there any pending lawsuits against you? etc. This is how the fee for service is determined. Therefore, there is no minimum or maximum fee. No fee can be quoted prior to our interview and investigation because inaccurate quotes may jeopardize gaining the referrals interest later when the investigation is complete. We will provide you a written proposal with our recommendations for a permanent resolution to your particular situation. Once we provide your proposal, you have the right to accept or decline the proposal.
