This website page is a time sensitive opportunity to compete against other buyers when purchasing Corporation Binders at a discounted rate. Each participating party must complete and submit your contact information, including initial deposit which will confirm your authorization to participate.
All refunds will be granted if you do not successfully win the bid.
A deposit of $150.00 must be submitted for each merchandise or item you are bidding upon. Bidding deposits are accomplished through the following options;
* Bank Direct Deposit. (Call for deposit instructions)
* Money Card Transfer. (Only if you agreement to purchase the "Money Pak Card" at Walmart)
* Cashier's Check / Money Order: Made Payable to "Trinity Debt Management Services."
If you successfully win the bid, the deposit will be credited towards the balance of the merchandise. Total fee for the merchandise will be due within 24 hours. You will also receive a receipt via email the same day. If not received, the merchandise will be placed back on the auction and you will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit.
All sales are final. Once you receive the merchandise, no refunds are allowed under any circumstance. You are now the new owner. You must sign our refund waiver prior to delivery of the merchandise. You must also sign our Asset Protection Agreement Form and submit prior to your order.
All Corporate items are clean Corporations. Never used. No bank accounts attached. No liens, etc.
If you are bidding on a Corporation previously owned by another party and require a name change, there will be an additional $150.00 charge for name changes. This requirement consist of new Articles of Incorporation, Tax Identification Number, and Bearer Share Certificates.
You will be notified of your binder delivery date. Upon receipt, you must call our office to confirm receipt of your package. A representative will contact you to explain the contents of your binder. You may also schedule an appointment to visit our office in person, if necessary.
