1)   You must first complete our "Prospect Qualifier" form before completing Registration Application.  A Registration/Pre-Consultation Fee of $75.00 is due at time of completing the Prospect Qualifier Form.  Please stop now and call for payment instructions.  Fee must be paid prior to completing Registration Application.

The Registration/Pre-Consultation fee is required to conduct an investigation to determine which is the best program(s) for your specific needs.  This fee is not to pay creditors, debts, restore credit, make phone calls, or fax transmissions, but only to verify and investigate debts. Registration/Pre-Consultation fee is non-refundable.  After verification/investigation has been completed, you will receive a separate proposal for Service (outlining a permanent resolution).  All Debt & Credit Management Clients will also receive savings strategies of approximately $2,000 to $10,000+  (annually) on everyday expenses.  Once we provide you our proposal for service, you have the option to accept or decline such proposal.

2)  While your Registration/Pre-Consultation payment is being verified, please complete our Registration Form, send us a copy of your Credit Report per the instructions (per the steps noted on this Registration Form), and once our investigation is completed you will received a detailed proposal for service.

3)  Your Field Representative (if applicable) will complete and submit a Pre-Screen Questionnaire and will request all other documentation for processing, which is submitted to our corporate office at 623-687-9464.

4)   A Representative will immediately inform you with instructions to facilitate your programs needed.  A Receipt for your payment will be emailed to you. If additional services are needed, you will be informed immediately after reviewing your case.

Our registration process is required to create your file, conduct our interview and investigation, which will enable us to provide a diagnosis for your personal situation [in restoring and providing resolution for you].  Once we have determined what that diagnosis is, we will provide you a written Prognosis [written proposal] that gives you a clear picture: How much you owe according to your credit profile and debt collector's notices, how much is overspent each month, how you can reposition yourself to reduce and eliminate your debts, how you can increase your income, if necessary, and restore creditworthiness through our program recommendations, strategies and solutions, so that you may see the desired results.

Because each person’s debt/credit history and habits are different, we must evaluate your case history to determine the best resolution for your particular circumstances.  Because we move rather swiftly to assist you with your finances we ask that you are prepared to make your proposed payment per the proposal that will be provided.

Terms of Agreement:
For our Asset Protection Plan - Client understands that this program will not commence until the program fee has been paid in full and Asset Protection Application is completed.

Cancellation of Agreement:
For Debt & Credit Management Program Services:  To cancel your contract, without penalty or obligation, client must within three days from the date the contract is signed, provide written notice of cancellation.  Any payment (minus Registration/Pre-Consultation Fee) made by client prior to that time will be returned within 15 days.
Reinstatement:
Should client's file terminate and Client wishes to reinstate the case at a later time, client may do so. Reinstatement fees are noted in proposal.  Any new outstanding obligations will not be included in this agreement.  A second contract may be required to cover new services.

The client will sign a Consultation Agreement with full details of services recommended. 
The client will sign an extended Consultation Agreement with full details of services provided as a recommendation.
