"COMMUNITY COLLABORATION PREPARES YOUTH FOR SUCCESSFUL LIVING"

Goodyear, AZ - Trinity's Learning Resource Center of Avondale, a local 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Charitable Youth and Family Mentoring Organization is partnering with Skyway Church of the West Valley, Trinity Debt Management Services, community members and businesses to equip and prepare the youth and families of our communities for successful living by providing "no-cost" basic life skills programs for youth and young adults ages 8-13 years old.

"Statistics reveal that we all need to do more in preparing our youth for success in our highly competitive society," says Kerry Dasher, co-founder and Program Administrator of The Learning Center, and co-founder of Trinity Debt Management Services.  "The success, welfare and well-being of our communities depend upon us who are willing to do what we can to help impart the vital life skills our youth and families need for successful living.  There is a generation that has missed this training and education and our communities are hurting because of it.  Parents with teens are experiencing a challenge that many are not equipped to handle and to successfully overcome. Many are feeling that they are loosing the battle for their kids and just don't know what to do. They want success and want to be able to guarantee their children and youth's success, yet recognize they need help, information, tools, strategies: resources for success.  This is why Trinity is providing no cost 'Life Skills for Success, Life Planning & Preparation, and Financial Management Strategies' Programs, and Parent Coaching and Education through "Guarantee Yours and Your Child's Success" Workshops and Seminars, equipping parents with the needed skills and strategies for success, while your children and youth are learning the vital life skills that will help them to be successful in their relationships at home, success in school, with their instructors, and peers; in the community, on their jobs, in their future careers, and in their finances. ‘Success does not just happen,’ as Dr. Mark Chironna says, ‘God favors the prepared mind.’ As parents of adults and youth, we understand the challenges parents and youth face.  We also understand the economic conditions of the day.  Therefore, we want everyone who desires to be able to participate and receive the vital resources they need to ensure success for their children and family. We can and we must prepare for and expect success." Carlton Dasher, Director and Instructor said, "As parents, pastors/priests, teachers/educators, community leaders and members, it is our responsibility to see to it that our young people are equipped and prepared."
