Word of mouth is the best advertising any company can benefit from, therefore we believe in compensating those who refer clients to us on a consistent basis. We have a "Code of Honor" that once your Client has completed our program, they will be referred back to you to qualify for your program services. If you are providing a service to those you refer, we will gladly refer them back to you to obtain your assistance. Trinity will not service your clients for any services other than for the purposes you referred them to us, unless you advise us that you are unable to provide the requested service(s).

To become a Paid Networker or Referring Consultant, please complete the form below and submit it. Our Corporate Offices will contact you to schedule a training session. You must complete our Networker Orientation & Training and Networker Agreement in order to receive Referral Commissions. Trinity Debt Management Services does not engage nor participate in a Network or Multiple-level marketing structure. There are no employees nor any members or affiliates are on a payroll system. Our services is formed by professional business partnerships, general partners, legal entities operating in a diversified manner to serve the general public domestically throughout the United States.
In order to become a field representative you must complete the following steps for consideration:
- Pass a phone interview and background check.
These requirements are imposed by the State Attorney General and must be followed in order to remain in compliance with the industry rules & regulations. You must demonstrate former financial services experience in order to be considered unless authorized in writing by the owners of the business. Our current representing colleagues are all professional business individuals who have demonstrated excellence to meet the guidelines for approval.
Networkers - work on a referral system by introducing an interested individual or organization directly to the company and receive referral compensation within 24 hours of the business transaction. All referral fees are paid via direct deposit, Cashier's Check format, or wire transfer.
If you were introduced to us through another networking partner, that Networker may choose the option to negotiate a personal agreement with you directly to avoid possible circumvention. The agreement is between you and Networker, not Trinity Debt Management Services. If you were not referred to us by an existing Networker, then you will become direct to TDMS.
Field Representative - as stated above, Field Representatives must complete our application for consideration and issue a resume. Pass the background check and phone interview. With the approval of the Board of Directors who reviews each application, will grant the final acceptance. This procedure is necessary in an effort to maintain our organizations reputation, integrity, and service rating throughout the country.
Field Representative responsibilities consist of - completing documents of all available services; conduct presentations; remain compliant according to State Law, and attend continuing education & meet all training criteria on an annual bases.
No other party is authorized to request, change or alter this ruling under any circumstance without the permissible authority of the ownership. We have not closed the opportunity to hire more Field Representatives, as our next consideration for additional representatives is not take place until after our annual training session in October / November 2011 in Arizona, in which Field Representatives are required to attend.
If you have chosen to cease referring individuals to Trinity Debt Management Services, understand Trinity Debt Management Services holds no responsibility on the decisions you have made in the event the customer is introduced to an entity that does not demonstrate or meet the requirements of quality and excellence service.
