Approved CMOs (Collateralized Mortgage Obligations), at 1Billion face value, and up, are again being accepted by Trading Platforms (commonly called Private Placement Programs or PPP) as collateral for monetization and subsequent trade. A CMO with a face value of 1 Billion Dollars can be purchased from 600K up to 1.2M depending on the type of CMO, quality or rating of the CMO and the commissions charged by the Securities and Exchange registered Brokerage Firm where the CMO is purchased.
When a CMO is purchased, the Owner will receive passive income from the CMO ranging from 4% to 22% a year, on invested dollar, on a 1 Billion Dollar face value CMO for up to 15 years. The prospectus on the purchased CMO contains detailed information relating to these returns. For our purpose, the Owner of a CMO with a face value of $1B or more can submit his CMO to a Trade Platform for consideration as collateral for monetization and subsequent entry into a PPP for Asset Enhancement. Owners and CMOs accepted by a PPP are then entered into a 40-42 week Trade.
Depending on the Owner’s Brokerage Firm, the CMO may not need to be transferred from its current location. It will be “blocked” at the Brokerage House where it was purchased. If the Owner’s current Brokerage Firm does not have “blocking capability”, or if the Brokerage firm where the CMO currently resides is not acceptable to the PPP, the Owner’s CMO will need to be transferred to an acceptable Securities and Exchange brokerage firm where an appropriate block can be initiated for the duration of the Trade (40-42 weeks). There are several other ways in which the PPP could request the CMO to be “secured” in order for the monetization process to occur but “Blocking” is our recommendation. This method affords the client the highest degree of security as compared to all other methods.

15 Things To Do Instead Of Worry
Sadly there are millions of believers who work themselves into an emotional frenzy over things they can’t control while ignoring the one source that can change EVERY circumstance of life!
We need to get our eyes off our problems and squarely onto the solution. . .the permanent resolution of EVERY circumstance life or the devil can throw at you. Why worry about the half truths of the news. . .the temporary financial setbacks that many believers face on a seemingly daily basis.
It’s not worry. . .but the Word that will lead you out of economic bondage.
Philippians 4:6 in the New Living Translation says:"Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.”
How can I be so confident? I have a source. . . the inside information. . .from my financial counselor. . .my Holy Ghost informant who tells me that everything is going to be all right. . .as long as I put my faith and trust in the Lord God Almighty.
Matthew 6:34 in the Message Bible says:
"Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don't get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.”
Give your attention to WHAT God is doing RIGHT NOW. Not just what He’s done in the past. . .but what He is wanting to do today. . .at this very moment in time. Not what He’s going to do in the sweet bye and bye. . . not in heaven. . .but what God is doing right here. . .right now.
Don’t worry about things you can’t change. . .don’t fret about today or tomorrow. . .don’t play the worst case scenario game or give any thought to negative things that might happen. . .and even if things should go south . . don’t go with them. . .rise up in your faith. . .because you have the assurance. . .the promises of the most high God. Your heavenly Father loves you!
“God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes.” God will help YOU. . .are you getting this? Say it out loud. . .GOD WILL HELP ME.
That’s right, Jehovah Jireh will help you. . .the scripture doesn’t say that He only helps preachers, teachers, business people, the successful, the famous . . . the Word says “God will help you [no matter “who” you are] deal with whatever hard things come.”
This is not a game of chance. . .it’s not Deal or No Deal. . .where you have to open the right case in order to get what you want. . .you have the absolute confidence in knowing that God himself will help YOU … no matter who you are or what you are dealing with . . . whatever hard things come up in your life.
Now that’s something to shout about . . .forget the worry about tomorrow. . . enter His presence right now whether you “feel” it or not . . .embrace His promises. . .experience His power and trust Him in the midst of every trial and temptation.
Psalm 107:1 says:
“Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.”
Psalm 117:2 in the New King James version says:
“For His merciful kindness is great toward us, And the truth of the LORD endures forever.“Praise the LORD!”
Psalm 118:1 also in the New King James says:
“Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.”
I’m going to make a pretty bold statement. . .
Worry is a mental choice not to trust in God. It’s that simple. . .if you worry, you don’t trust God. He tells us not to worry, so if we do, then we’re ignoring His instructions. . .which means we don’t trust Him.
If you really knew your value to God. . .what you’re worth to Him. . .then you would not worry.
His instructions are clear in Matthew 6:25-27 in the Amplified Bible says:
“25 Therefore I tell you, stop being perpetually uneasy (anxious and worried) about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink; or about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life greater [in quality] than food, and the body [far above and more excellent] than clothing?
26 Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they?
27 And who of you by worrying and being anxious can add one unit of measure (cubit) to his stature or to the span of his life?”
Worrying will not change anything. . .except your health. If worry was packaged like a cigarette it might carry the following warning:
“Worry is hazardous to your health and will prove fatal to your health by its continued presence in your life.”
We’ve established that worry is ungodly as well as bad for your health. . .now let’s look at fifteen things you can do instead of worry.
1. Read your Bible.
2. Enter into His presence through prayer.
3. Read books that motivate you to trust Him more.
4. Listen to audio teachings that inspire you.
5. Get plenty of rest (relative to what your body requires).
6. Plan your day. . .and work your plan.
7. Avoid the tyranny of the urgent. . .doing everything at the last minute as if time is running out.
8. Allow extra travel time and pretend you’re on vacation and not in a hurry. This will minimize your aggravation with other drivers.
9. Learn to say “no” to things that won’t help you achieve your goals and thus fulfill your destiny.
10. Always carry a book with you to read while waiting in longer lines. In short, lines I will generally answer Facebook posts, check sports scores or read The Drudge Report on my phone.
11. Eliminate clutter . . . it’s amazing how rearranging your office or home library will stir something fresh in you.
12. Purpose in your heart to spread God’s love wherever you go and to whomever you talk with every day. You can say a kind word or make people smile . . . truthfully, I like doing both.
13. Get your financial house in order. Worrying will not put a penny back in your bank account, nor get your job back or pay the mortgage. Begin taking the necessary steps to gain control of your financial destiny.
14. If you’re having a bad day. . .look out the window. . .if you don’t see God’s throne, He’s still on it and everything is going to be okay.
15. Create some “me” and “thee” time. Create time where you can decompress. I realized some of my Christian brothers and sisters may put a judge on me because of what I’m about say. . .but the truth is the truth. I like movies and television shows where the good guys win and the bad guys lose. For me, that’s a mental distraction serving a purpose and not a waste of time.
I could continue with this list but why don’t you take the time necessary to add to this list. Determine what works for you.
One other thing. . .live in a constant state of praise and thanksgiving. Thanking God for what He’s done and is going to do for you. Praising God and praying to Him make an effective combination.
I find that when I begin praising God. . .every negative thought, worry, concern and situation are all minimized if not eliminated from my mental hard drive.
Somebody said once. . .
“'Never borrow from the future. If you worry about what may happen tomorrow and it doesn't happen, you have worried in vain. Even if it does happen, you have to worry twice.”
What, me worry? Why? My Father God is more than willing and extremely able to offer His help.
