A BLESSING IS NOT A BLESSING UNTIL IT IS
DECLARED!
DECLARING GOD’S BLESSINGS
I choose to initiate God’s
promises and blessings for my life by declaring them as true. He is the “God who gives life to the dead and
calls things that are not as though they were” (Romans 4:17, NIV). The power in a blessing is in speaking
it! Because I believe that God has more
wonderful things planned for me that I can even imagine for the coming year, as
written in Ephesians 3:20, today I declare that:
I am blessed with God’s
divine purpose and perfect plan for my life.
I am blessed with gifts, God-given abilities and guidance. I am blessed with strength of character,
self-determination, and self-control. I
am blessed with family who love the Lord our God with all their hearts, minds,
soul, and strength and say with me, “As for me, and my house, we will serve the
Lord” (Genesis 17), that we may inherit these blessings from the Lord. I am blessed with faith filled friends, faith
and freedom. I am blessed with divine
health and wholeness [spirit, soul, and body].
I am blessed with happiness, favor, and fulfillment. I am blessed with a spirit of obedience,
supernatural success and a positive outlook on life. I am blessed with a fresh start and a new
outlook on life, beginning today. I am
looking forward to the new thing God will do in my life this year. I choose to let go of the past and get
excited about my future, because I am wonderfully well and blessed, and highly
favored of the Lord, because of what Jesus did for me at
“Behold I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring
forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and
rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:19 (NKJV)
DECLARING GOD’S FAVOR
"Father, I thank
You that I have Your favor this day and every
day. I thank You that You are giving me special
advantages and blessings because You desire the best for Your children. I
thank You that You will open doors of opportunity for
me that no man can shut and that Your favor will surround me like a
shield. I speak Your favor and blessing over my
life and my family. I believe, because of You,
that everything I put my hand toward will prosper and succeed. I believe
that You are a good God and desire good things for
Your children. Help me today to live a life of obedience, a life that
will honor You. And thank You for Your promise
that 'No good think will You withhold from those who
walk uprightly' (Psalms 84), in Jesus' mighty name, Amen!
